The company as a whole is a pretty good company with good benefits, however the culture on the plant level is high pressure, little if any structured training, and unrealistic revenue goals that leave the customer base in the lurch.. A tuff shed from home depot is different than one from an actual tuff shed sales office. i love my tuff shed and the quality is better than any on the market. the sales people at a tuff shed store are more knowledgeable than a home depot employee, obviously... i recommend highly buying directly from the dealer.. It was with tuff shed scheduling and delivery. i had to call the scheduling folks at tuff sheds five times. never once did they have the courtesy to return the call. we had to call the rep at home depot and ask her to make the call to tuff shed. she was great, called me back and told me that she had spoked with dave at tuff shed..
When these tuff shed people were told what had to be done with the mold removal, they had direct instructions on what to do, afterall they said they were able to do it, rather than send a remediation specialist in to do the job right.. Cons. as a sales rep for tuff shed, your pricing will always be more than a tuff shed sold at home depot. if you work at the escondido factory, there is a brand new tuff shed sales center at an escondido home depot..
